Fabio Bartolomei is from the region of Sierra de Gredos situated near Madrid. Originally an Italian, born and raised in Scotland, Fabio moved to Spain and started a winemaking project called Vinos Ambiz. His wines are always creative, energetic, lively and never boring, fully reflecting Fabio’s personality.
