Giulio Armani from Denavolo is a passionate winemaker who’s been making wines for the legendary La Stoppa in Emilia-Romagna, and in 2005 he founded his own project Denavolo. The project is fully dedicated to skin-contact whites that are made of healthy grapes grown without chemicals, the fermentations are spontaneous with no temperature control, the wines are never filtered nor fined. In the cellar Giulio experiments a lot of with different degrees of maceration and various blends of local grapes.
